don t let them fool you...the best sale person very nice, the worst costumer service.
they promissed me that i will received my furniture 5 to 7 days after the pickup...5 days later it was still in chicago, the moving day they offert me after taht was not good because i was in business trip outside the country...they said no prob, we will deliver when you are back....of course 2 days later the truckdriver called me to tell me that he will deliver the next day...i told him that we had an agreement, but didn t care, i will have to pay for each storage day plus new movers because he had to go back to chicago....so i ask my firnd to be here and then i call them to pay by they said that they won t take my credit card because they need a confiration by e-mail or fax from me...of course i couldn t i was in a middle of nowhere, so the lady on the phone said that she will do it anyway...guess what!! the driver called me later to say he won t deliver because they didn t receive the payment...my friend had to go the bank to get some cash....this is the type of business you don t want to deal with...anyway I reported them to the BBB and i will fight until i get my money back....if that happen to you too do the same , that abuse as to stop 12928de
